We aim to provide our customers with solutions that are well proven, reliable and effective even in the most complex organisations. We have implemented solutions for many organisations spanning in manufacturing, distribution, finance and other industry sectors using this proven approach over more than 20 years.
As part of our implementation process we undertake a Solution Planning Study (SPS). This enables us to review in detail the customer’s business process and operational requirements and map those requirements to functionality to facilities in the software.
The Solution Planning Workshop is a key event involving key users and members of the project team. The workshop allows key users to get practical understanding of the software and exactly how it may be used to solve key business problems and issues. The workshop also enables the customer to understand areas where the system may not meet their requirements and then decisions regarding those items can be made accordingly.
The objectives of the Solution Planning Study are to:
-
Define the customer’s business requirements and objectives for the project
-
Define the key issues which will ensure project success
-
Produce an outline of the required business processes and workflows
-
Understand the data sources available
-
Define a high level plan for the project
-
Provide the customer with a detailed summary of costs for the project.
